Warranty Information

Delamination will occur in new and repaired windows.  Once adhesion is compromised between panes, it will return.  We can offer different lengths of warranty based on our assessment of each window. This is on a per window/case basis.

Shattering/cracking of the glass panes is usually caused by outside debris or existing scratches/stress fractures.  We cannot warranty against cracking.

Electrical failure is part of an aging window.  We cannot warranty electrical problems

These types of damage are out of the repair shop's control and not under any type of warranty.
